Our teachers are creative, highly motivated and dedicated to the children they teach. They embrace the uniqueness of each child and are passionate about nurturing a love of learning through creative experiences which allow children to discover new things and explore their world.
When hiring teachers, our main considerations are affection, patience, enthusiasm, and experience working with preschoolers. All teachers are professed Christians, CPR and First Aid certified, and must pass state and federal background checks. Our teachers each posses a love of learning and enjoy opportunities for professional development; wherein they receive a minimum of 24 hours of continuing education training per year in the field of early childhood education.
The teachers work together to provide opportunities to the children which allow them to expand their knowledge by actively participating in developmentally appropriate environments.
